About Derek W. Mason
A Life Centered on Transformation in Christ
Derek W. Mason is a Christian Transformation Expert, pastor, author, and founder of Identity In Christ Ministries.
His work helps people move beyond religious performance, fear, shame, and spiritual confusion into authentic relationship with Christ, lasting freedom, holistic healing and purposeful living.
From Achievement to Identity
Derek’s message is deeply personal.
After building much of his identity around achievement and success, a season of profound brokenness forced him to confront a deeper question:
Who are you when the things you relied on to define you are no longer enough?
That journey led Derek into a radically different relationship with God and ultimately shaped the work he does today.
His message is not simply something he teaches. It is something he has lived.

The Work Today
Derek’s work brings together biblical truth, identity in Christ, spiritual freedom, emotional healing, renewing the mind, discipleship, and whole-person restoration.
The goal is not greater religious knowledge alone.
The goal is transformation that changes how people understand themselves, relate to God, live with freedom, and ultimately help others.
A Mission That Multiplies
Derek’s long-term mission extends beyond his own counseling, teaching, or ministry.
Through training and certification, he is equipping others to guide people toward biblical healing and spiritual freedom, creating a model in which transformation can multiply through counselors, leaders, practitioners, and believers.
